Salam. Hello. Hi.

"It's been ages since I posted anything on this blog"

Don't you just get tired of that?

I know right? I said that every single time I update my freaking blog. This bring us to a conclusion where every time I promised I would update my blog frequently, I lied.

It's not like I don't want to blog, I just don't have time. And when I do have the time, I don't have anything to write.

Vice versa.

And now, since I'm on my holiday now, why not.

Someone said to me last few days ago, "Blog? Does anyone really blog anymore?"

True. Is there?

I don't know. But my friends don't. Not that I know of.

Hmm

Anyways, I have my own photography page now. Knowing myself, I would never ever do that. I mean it's embarrassing to have my own photography page considering that my photos are not as good as others photography. Mine is just amateur. 

There's a story behind that page. The story that only both of us know. Hahaha. Sounds creepy don't it?

Meh.

Just some silly story actually. But what the hell. What is done, is done.

It's like a week old. So yeah. If you want to see some crappy photography, do check it out. Hahaha.

RECIPE : Rainbow Marble Cake

Assalamualaikum.
Yesterday I made Rainbow Marble Cake and it was very pretty! It tasted good too :)

And so many have been asking for the recipe so I thought I would put it up here. Easier for everyone haha :)
This recipe is my mum's basic butter cake recipe that I put colorings. Obviously.

Cake
What you need :


- 250g of all purpose flour (if you want to use the self-raising flour, leave out the baking powder)
- 250g of salted butter (if you want to use unsalted, make sure you add a bit of salt in it)
- 140g or less castor sugar
- 2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup of full cream milk
- Red, orange, yellow, blue, green, purple food colorings.

Steps
Heat your oven first before doing anything else. For this recipe it would be at 180 celc.
1. Sift the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Set it aside.
2. Using the mixer, cream the butter and sugar until white and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs. One at a time, beating well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
4. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined.
5. Now with a low speed, alternately add flour + baking powder mixture and milk. Alternately tu macam kita selangkan dia. Masuk tepung, mix, masuk susu, mix, masuk tepung balik and so on.
Selang dalam 3 kali okay la tu. After dah masuk tepung jangan pukul lama lama, nanti cake keras pulak.
6. Done! Now divide your mix in 6 bowls and color them!

7. Now just layer each color  in a cake pan!

Hentak sikit cake pan tu supaya dia rata lepas dah masuk semua.

8. Now bake the cake for 35 - 40 mins. Insert skewer to check if it's done or not :)

9. Let it cool for an hour before you frost them. Done!

This is how I decorate mine. I glazed it with chocolate ganache.

You can also use the recipe to make the layer rainbow cake like this,

You just bake each color in different cake pan. And then layer them :)

21 Years Old.

Omg. Dah 21 tahun dah wei. Sedih? Tak sedih. Tak rasa apa sebenarnya. Hahaha!

Aku bukan jenis yang kisah pasal umur sangat pun. Hmm

Anyway,

My 21st Birthday was great! I really had a good one!

Last week, mama ayah dah pos hadiah. Hadiah yang memang nak sangat sangat. Mama ayah belikan telekung hitam! Ahh seronok!

Masuk maghrib, Aiman wish dulu hihihi :) Seronok! And after tepat 12am. Mulalah ramai yang mention, text, wall post wish birthday. Biasa la tu kan.

Lepas tu, mulalah sedih sebab tahun ni first time tak dapat cake for my birthday :( sedih sedih cerita dekat Aiman. Kesian dia. Haha! Serba salah dia. Last year dia belikan cake paling comel dalam dunia :)

Not only cute, it's so delicious!

Aiman berusaha pujuk just to cheer me up. Tapi sedih jugak. Tak lama lepas tu, dapat Whatsapp dari Aiman. Dia hantar,
