Assalamualaikum.

It's been a while since I've updated my blog. So here I am, updating it and I did make some changes to the layout and whatnot. So, Hiiiiii. Hihi. How are you guys doing? Hopefully everything is well for you guys.

Okay first of all,

Salam Ramadhan to all! The holy month is here so make the best out of it :)

I'm on my holidays now and god, I'm so bored at home T_T I've done nothing at all.... except for baking. I bake a lot nowadays because that's the only thing that will take hours of my time.

Some of the cake and cupcakes that I baked. And for now, I'm taking order for Honey Cornflakes/Cakes/Cupcakes. If you're interested do comment here and I'll get back at you a.s.a.p :)

Recipe : Rainbow Cupcakes

Hello tuan tuan dan puan puan. *suara Chef Wan*  Harini saya nak tunjuk bagaimana nak buat Rainbow Cupcakes! Pasti tuan tuan dan puan puan sudah tidak sabar untuk membuatnya. Ayuh!

Hee comel en? Jom buat!

Okay. Bahan bahan yang kena ada,

Untuk cake.
- 113g Butter (unsalted), suhu bilik.
- 130g Gula putih
- 3 biji telur.
- 1 sudu kecil vanilla essence.
- Sedikit parutan kulit lemon.
- 195g tepung (diayak)
- 1 1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
- 1/4 sudu kecil garam*
- 60 ml susu
- Coloring

*Kalau takda Unsalted Butter, boleh guna Salted Butter. Cuma jangan letak garam lagi lepas tu :)

Untuk frosting

- 230g icing sugar
- 113g unsalted butter (mesti unsalted)
- 1 sudu kecil vanilla essence.
- 2 sudu besar susu.
- Coloring (Kalau nak)

Okay.
1. MESTI pre-heat oven to 180 celcius dulu okay.
2. Pukul butter dengan gula sampai kembang. Bila dah kembang, masukkan telur satu per satu. Lepas masuk satu tu, biar dia sebati dulu baru masuk telur yang seterusnya. Lepastu masukkan vanilla essence.
3. Dalam mangkuk yang berbeza, masukkan tepung, parutan limau, baking powder dengan garam. Kacau.
4. Perlahan kan mixer kepada low speed. Masukkan mix tepung tadi dengan susu. Berselang. Tepung, susu, dan tepung balik. Siap.
5. Okay sekarang, bahagikan batter tadi kepada 6 bahagian. Dan warnakan ikut warna rainbow!

Guna banyak pewarna, sebab selalunya warna akan lebih pudar lepas masak.

Boleh jugak paksa adik anda tolong,

Okay lepas tu boleh la letak dalam, cupcakes paper korang.

Haa comot kann. Tapi cantik nanti bila dah siap haha!
Yang purple atas dia tu sume Muaz yang buat -_-"

And then boleh la masukkan korang punya cupcake dalam oven! Bakar selama 17-20 minit. Selepas itu, sejukkan dulu sebelum letak frosting ke apa :)

Okay NEXT! How to make the frosting!

1. Pukul butter tu sampai jadi smooth and cream-ish
2. Masukkan vanilla essence.
3. Perlahankan mixer kepada low speed, dan masukkan gula tu sikit demi sedikit.
4. Masukkan susu. Pastu, lajukan speed mixer dan pukul mix tu sampai jadi fluffy. Lebh kurang dalam 3-4 minit.
5. Kalau nak, warnakan la frosting anda! :)

Hello everyone! Hello blog! Sorry I've left you :'( BUT now I'm back :D

Anyway, I'm HOME NOW. God it feels so good. My exams were okay. I flunked Biology. Our lecturer asked us to read the topic she gave and of course the topic didn't COME OUT at all. DIDN'T. Not one. Thanks.

Okay okay, for a 8 months stay is a lot. But HMM what to do? :p
And on our way back home, we saw a full rainbow! Like from the start of the rainbow till its end! It's the first time I saw it like that :)

Oh and today is one of best friend's birthday. Happy Birthday Arip! :)

OH OH what day is tomorrow? WHAT? WHAT? -.- Earth Hour? *sigh also can ah.
